1. About these terms
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the PaperPredict store and the books, content and services offered through it (together, the “Store”). “Paper Predict”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Paper Predict. “You” refers to anyone who visits the Store or places an order.
By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the Store and place orders only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the required permission.
3. Our books and predictions
PaperPredict books contain practice questions based on NCERT, previous year questions and NEET trend analysis. Each question carries an AI Probability Score showing how likely we estimate it is to appear in NEET 2027.
The AI Probability Score is an estimate. It is not a guarantee that any question will appear in an exam. Accuracy figures such as 80% accuracy in NEET 2026 describe past performance and do not guarantee future results, marks or ranks.
NEET is conducted by the National Testing Agency. PaperPredict is an independent publisher and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Testing Agency.
4. Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees. The final amount payable, including any applicable taxes, shipping charges and discounts, is shown at checkout.
Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious error in the price or product details, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a prepaid order, we will return the full amount to your original payment method.
5. Payments
You can pay online through our third-party payment providers or choose Cash on Delivery where available. Online payments are processed by these providers under their own terms. We do not collect or store your full card or banking details.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship across India through courier partners. Delivery times shown are estimates and may vary by location, courier capacity, weather or other events outside our control. Shipping is free on orders above the threshold shown in the Store.
Please make sure your name, phone number and address are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details or by the recipient being unavailable.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Coupons and offers
Coupon codes and offers are valid for the period and products stated. We may change or end an offer at any time. Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied after an order is placed.
9. Intellectual property
All content in PaperPredict books and on the Store, including questions, solutions, AI Probability Scores, covers, page designs, text, images, logos and trademarks, belongs to Paper Predict or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
Buying a book gives you the right to use it for your own personal, non-commercial study. You may not:
- Copy, scan, photograph or reproduce the books or any part of them for distribution
- Share, upload or sell digital copies, PDFs or images of the content
- Resell the content as your own, or use it to create competing materials
- Remove copyright or other notices from any material
10. Acceptable use
When you use the Store, including posting reviews or contacting us, you agree not to:
- Break any applicable law
- Post content that is false, abusive, hateful, defamatory, obscene or that harasses others
- Post spam, advertising or links to harmful websites
- Impersonate another person or organisation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or damage the Store or its systems
We may remove content, refuse service or restrict access if these Terms are broken.
11. Reviews and feedback
If you submit a review, testimonial, suggestion or other feedback, you allow us to use, reproduce, publish and display it in any media, without payment to you. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience.
12. Disclaimer
The Store and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the Store will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using our books will lead to any particular result, score or rank.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Paper Predict is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Store or our books. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Paper Predict, its team and partners against any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
15. Third-party links
The Store may link to third-party websites and services, such as payment providers and couriers. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the Store is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Paper Predict’s registered place of business.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use the Store after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
