1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed on the PaperPredict store for printed books, including the Test Series, subject combos and bundles. Please read it before you place an order.
2. Cancellations
You can request a cancellation before your order is dispatched by writing to care@paperpredict.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 78274 78825 with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the amount is returned to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers usually take 5 to 7 working days to reflect it.
For Cash on Delivery orders, please cancel before dispatch rather than refusing the parcel at delivery. Repeatedly refused COD orders may lead to Cash on Delivery being unavailable on future orders.
3. Returns and refunds
Delivered books are non-refundable and cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental or duplicate purchases
- Ordering the wrong subject, class or bundle
- Lack of usage
- Personal reasons or withdrawal from exam preparation
4. Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your parcel arrives damaged, a book has a printing defect such as missing or blank pages, or you receive the wrong book, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To request a replacement, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the outer package and the affected book or pages
- An unboxing video, if you have one
Our team will review the request and arrange the replacement. Replacements are offered in place of refunds.
5. Payment issues
If money was deducted but you did not receive an order confirmation, contact us within 72 hours of the payment with the transaction reference. We will check the payment and either confirm your order or help you with the reversal. Failed transactions are normally reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider.
6. Coupons and offers
Discount codes are applied at checkout and reduce the price you pay. They cannot be exchanged for cash, combined unless stated, or applied after an order has been placed.
